As a first point of contact for our Guests throughout their stay, you will master an outstanding service during all stages of their stay.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Being the friendly face that responds promptly to guest inquiries, providing information and assistance.
  • Exhibiting your impeccable knowledge of the local scene, becoming the source for hidden gems and must-see spots.
  • Welcoming every guest with authentic and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for their stay.
  • Tailoring personalized recommendations, directions and reservations, transforming trips into unforgettable experiences.
  • Efficiently managing guest messages and requests.
  • Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
  • Elevate the lobby and Front Desk into spaces of comfort and style, while ensuring standards and safety compliance.
  • Adhering to policies and procedures when working front of house equipment and property management systems.

Exceed expectations revealing:

  • A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.
  • 2+ years' experience in 5-star hotels as a Concierge
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
  • A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Impeccable grooming standards.
  • Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
  • Enthusiasm when being assigned to both individual and team-oriented tasks.
  • Mastery of the local area, enhancing guest experiences.
