We are looking for an 
HR Intern
to join the
Human Resources Department
based in
Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Italy
. If you are passionate about HR and currently enrolled in a university or master's program in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Law or another relevant field, this opportunity is for you

You will support daily activities in either Training or Recruiting, including:

Recruiting
:

• post and monitor job openings on various platforms
• screen CVs in line with the required profiles, conduct phone/online interviews, assessment and update the relevant documents
• update and maintain the applicant database
• manage the employee accounts on Marriott platform (mHUB)
• participate in training activities

Training
:

• support in organizing and scheduling onboarding training sessions for new hires
• assist in updating training materials and presentations
• monitor attendance and maintain records of training activities in the HR systems
• support in the management of funded training programs
• participate in employee development activities

To be considered for an internship:

• must be a postgraduate or a current student in a university or master's program in Human Resources, Economics, Law, or another relevant field
• must be available for 5-6 months
• speak Italian and English fluently
• possess a good knowledge of MS Office
