If you want to grow with us, make an impact, and shape the future of Ice Cream, this is the place for you JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual eager to grow their skills in Supply Chain Management, with a strong focus on Customer Service and Order-to-Cash processes. This role is key to ensuring operational excellence, improving KPIs, and strengthening customer relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The resource will be responsible for: 1. Manage and optimize Order-to-Cash processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. 2. Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Planning, Logistics, Finance) to resolve issues and improve service levels. 3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement. 4. Act as a point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust. 5. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain and customer service functions. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: 1. Fluency in English 2. Strong willingness to learn and develop in supply chain and customer service areas. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 5. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. 6. Previous experience in supply chain or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. 7. Belonging to the protected categories pursuant to Law 68/99.
