For a leading company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of components in the Province of Turin , we are looking for an Interim Program Manager .

We evaluate candidates who are self-employed (VAT-registered/freelance) .

The project is full-time and will have a duration of 12 months .

Responsabilità
The Program Manager will lead a team to deliver best-in-class software experiences to our customers, both internal and external ensuring they meet objectives and adhere to timelines and budgets. The role will support in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across multiple levels of the organization and support cross-functional teams. The PM must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth, change management) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems, leading the team). This role will span multiple centers of excellence including HR, IT, Finance and Commercial providing an opportunity to influence multiple functions as well as achievement of enterprise level strategic goals as these functions deploy new software tools.

Responsabilities

  • Lead development and management of project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to support launch of new strategic software implementation tools.
  • Lead definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Chair weekly meetings to facilitate effective communication between clients, internal teams, and external vendors and prepare and present detailed project reports and status updates to all stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as clients' primary point of contact, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Coordinate with solution architects and technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and accountability for project deliverables.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve issues to keep the project on track.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct project reviews, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements in future projects.
  • Support post-implementation activities, including training, documentation, and client feedback collection.
  • Potential projects include Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, HRIS, ERP, WMS, and Commercial strategic tools to ensure best practices in configuration and deployment and collaboration across multiple countries, cultures, various time zones and languages.

Profilo
Experience&skills

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams of developers, preferably those with .com software delivery
  • Experience with agile software development practices as part of a product based team
  • Experience managing third-party SaaS applications
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes, such as demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse is a plus
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills.

Offer
For this position, we anticipate a full-time, 12-month collaboration on a self-employed (freelance/contract) basis. The expected daily rate is €400-€500 per day.
