Job responsibilities

During this internship you will be part of the Loro Piana EMEA Finance team, supporting cross-country projects.

Activities:

  • Support daily cash reconciliation
  • Post and process journal entries
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets & income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
  • Support the preparation of monthly reports
  • Assist Finance Supervisor in the preparation of monthly closings
  • Archiving corporate documents
Profile

Daily accounting tasks are a large part of the activities related to the internship. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Economics Sciences
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
  • Ability to work with numbers and data
  • Attention to detail
    Proficiency of MS Office, particularly excel

Originally from Trivero in northern Italy, the Loro Piana family began trading wool in the early 1800s. In 1924, Pietro Loro Piana founded Ing. Loro Piana & C., the current company.
