Your mission
We're looking for our
first SDR Intern
— someone ready to kickstart our outbound engine, start real conversations, and book meaningful meetings with potential partners and stakeholders.
You'll work closely with the founders of Sencare and see the direct impact of your work.
No fluff, no bureaucracy — just pure execution and growth.
What you'll do
You'll work
side by side with Sencare co-founders
to:
- Identify leads via LinkedIn, Crono, GMB, and other smart tools
- Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Start real conversations — not spam
- Book qualified meetings for the co-founders
- Learn how to test ICPs, messaging, and outbound sequences
- Track everything in HubSpot
You won't have "hot" leads.
You won't have a marketing team warming up prospects for you.
But you'll learn a lot and grow fast .
Requisiti:
You're the one if you have:
A fast, proactive, hands-on attitude
Strong writing skills and clear communication
Ease in talking to people and digging for insights
Resilience — rejection doesn't scare you
Proficiency in Italian and a good level of English (written and spoken)
The ambition to build, not just execute tasks
