Junior Graphic and Digital Designer

What You'll Do:
- Design and adapt visuals for social media, digital campaigns, e-commerce, and newsletters
- Create and manage content for web, Shopify, and email marketing (Mailchimp or similar)
- Support the team with layout and design for editorial and print materials (flyers, lookbooks, event assets)
- Maintain visual consistency across all digital and offline materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring creative briefs to life with precision and speed
Nice to have:
Support basic motion or video editing for digital formats
Your Profile:
- 1–2 years of experience in a creative or digital design role (agency or brand side)
- Confident with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
- Strong focus on digital design and content creation
- Understanding of formats and requirements across social, web, and e-commerce
- Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive — able to handle projects with independence
- Passion for sports, fashion, and digital culture
- Fluent English
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Shopify, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
- Basic motion design or short-form video editing
- Awareness of current digital design trends and social media best practices
