Who We Are Looking For
We are currently looking for a Credit Collector in the Credit Area. Main duty will be to help our company collect its credits with the responsibility of contacting debtors and negotiate payments. The position is based in our HQ in Padua.

Responsibilities
As a Credit Collector, you will be responsible for:

  • Tracking outstanding debts, locate and contact debtors;
  • Create and implement debt collection courses of action, negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans;
  • Handle customers' questions or complaints;
  • Update account status and balances regularly;
  • Comply with legal requirements in cooperation with Portuguese local colleagues.

You Are The Person We Are Looking For If

  • You are fluent or native speaker in Portuguese;
  • You are fluent in English (any other language is a plus);
  • You have experience in working with tight deadlines;
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office;
  • You possess good negotiation skills and you are a team player;
  • You have good time-management, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • You have 2 years of experience as credit collector (ideally);
  • You have a bachelor/master's degree in economics.
