Apply for theCredit Collector - Portuguese Speakerrole atSafilo.Safilo is among the most important players in the eyewear market for design, production and distribution of sunglasses, prescription frames, sports glasses, helmets and goggles.We hold historic brands such as Polaroid and Carrera and cutting-edge brands such as BOSS, Hugo, Carolina Herrera, Tommy Hilfiger, Fossil, Kate Spade, Marc Jacobs, Pierre Cardin, Moschino, Levi's, Missoni.We value people, innovation and sustainability.About the RoleThe Credit Collector will help Safilo collect outstanding credits by contacting debtors and negotiating payment solutions.The position is based in our HQ in Padua.ResponsibilitiesTrack outstanding debts, locate and contact debtors.Create and implement debt-collection courses of action, negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.Handle customers' questions or complaints.Update account status and balances regularly.Comply with legal requirements in cooperation with Portuguese local colleagues.QualificationsFluent or native speaker in Portuguese.Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).Experience working with tight deadlines.Good knowledge of MS Office.Strong negotiation skills and a team-player attitude.Excellent time-management, interpersonal and communication skills.At least 2 years of experience as a credit collector (ideally).Bachelor's or master's degree in economics.What We OfferWorking environment based on a solid corporate culture that fosters skill enhancement.Smart work mode: live your best work-life balance (3 days a week / remote location).If you see yourself in the job description, send us your application and become part of our team#J-*****-Ljbffr
