Per rafforzare il nostro dipartimento di Contenzioso e Arbitrati siamo, attualmente, alla ricerca di una/un praticante fortemente interessata/o al contenzioso dinanzi all'autorità giudiziaria ordinaria e agli strumenti di risoluzione alternativa delle controversie.
La/il candidata/o sarà coinvolta/o nella gestione del contenzioso, anche arbitrale, e avrà l'occasione di cimentarsi con controversie di diritto civile, commerciale, societario e fallimentare, affiancando i professionisti del dipartimento e acquisendo gradualmente autonomia.
Attività e responsabilità
- Ricerche e approfondimenti giuridici;
- redazione di atti giudiziari;
- gestione delle posizioni affidate e monitoraggio ed organizzazione degli adempimenti e delle scadenze, anche processuali, connesse.
Il profilo ideale
- Laurea in giurisprudenza con votazione finale non inferiore a 105/110;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;
- attitudine al lavoro in team e flessibilità;
- eccellente capacità di organizzazione e gestione delle scadenze.
