Base salary + 20% bonus + VSOPs | Hybrid after ramp-up | ~30% travel
Your future team
Build & scale Holidu's commercial engine across Southern Italy.
We're looking for a hands-on Sales & Account Management leader to own and grow Southern Italy, leading a Bari-based team of 8 (and growing).
Bari-based from day 1 (strong onboarding + team leadership).
Manage a team of 8 (4 Sales Managers + 3 Account Managers + 1 Intern).
Own acquisition + revenue KPIs across the region.
Hybrid after ramp-up (first 6 months 4 days/week office, then 3).
Relocation support possible (case-by-case).
Access to a company car for business use + travel costs covered (~30% travel).
Your role in this journey
This is a market-building leadership role, not a "maintain what exists" role.
You'll Lead The Growth Of Southern Italy By
- driving new host acquisition.
- growing the organization by hiring, coaching, and developing new team members.
- scaling revenue and portfolio performance.
- building a high-performance, KPI-driven team culture.
- owning strategic opportunities personally.
- improving processes and influencing product through feedback loops.

- You'll lead and develop our Bari hub for Southern Italy composed of 4 Sales Managers (Hunters), 3 Account Managers (Farmers), 1 Intern.
- Coach your team through a structured rhythm: KPIs, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and field coaching.
- Set clear goals and ensure consistent execution.
- Identify, develop, and retain top talent.
- Own acquisition strategy and pipeline health for Southern Italy.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with hosts & local stakeholders.
- Increase revenue through portfolio growth and long-term relationship management.
- Own business performance, prioritize opportunities, and drive results.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, best practices, and product feedback.
Your backpack is filled with
Must-have
- Experience in Sales and/or Account management.
- Experience leading commercial teams (Sales/Account Management/Customer Success).
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Structured, analytical approach (KPIs, forecasting, routines, coaching).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Italian (near-native) + English (fluent).
Nice-to-have:
- Experience hiring and developing commercial talent.
- Experience in travel-tech, marketplaces, SaaS, or fast-growing environments.
- Familiarity with CRMs and KPI dashboards (Salesforce, HubSpot, BI tools).

Work model
- First 6 months: 4 days/week in office (Bari).
- After ramp-up: 3 days/week in office + flexible hours.
- Work from other offices up to 8 weeks/year.

Hiring process (3–4 weeks)
- 30 min intro with HR.
- 1h remote interview with Country Lead Southern Italy.
- Remote people management case (no prep material).
- Onsite strategic case (4 days to prepare) + coffee chats with peers and the Bari team.
- Reference calls (standard).
