Shenker's courses are tailored to individual needs, based on a scientific analysis of each student's level of proficiency and learning requirements.
Role Description
This is a full-time Front Desk Receptionist position located on-site at Shenker's Naples office (opening in February The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for handling all receptionist duties, including answering customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing phone calls and emails. The Front Desk Receptionist will also take care of clerical tasks, such as maintaining records and files, filing, data entry, and providing general administrative support.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
- Clerical Skills, including record keeping, filing, and data entry
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Mother tongue Italian (with a good level of English) or bilingual Italian/English
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred
