Il ruolo:

Il candidato è un
System Engineer
con forti competenze tecniche e attitudine alla leadership per guidare il team di sistemisti e coordinare insieme all'IT Manager lo sviluppo e il mantenimento delle infrastrutture IT aziendali. La figura sarà il punto di riferimento per la gestione, l'evoluzione e la sicurezza dei sistemi informativi, assicurando continuità operativa, scalabilità e protezione dell'ambiente digitale aziendale.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Coordinare il team di sistemisti e supervisionare le attività quotidiane legate a server, reti, storage e virtualizzazione.
  • Gestire l'infrastruttura IT aziendale, garantendo performance, disponibilità e sicurezza.
  • Definire e implementare politiche di
    cyber security
    in collaborazione con i fornitori e le altre funzioni aziendali.
  • Gestire i rapporti con i fornitori di servizi infrastrutturali e tecnologici, assicurando qualità, SLA e ottimizzazione dei costi.
  • Supportare i progetti di digitalizzazione e miglioramento continuo delle infrastrutture IT.
  • Redigere documentazione tecnica

Requisiti Tecnici:

  • Laurea o diploma in linea con il ruolo
  • Esperienza consolidata (almeno 5 anni) in ruoli sistemistici e/o di coordinamento tecnico.
  • Ottima conoscenza di ambienti
    Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Veeam, Active Directory, reti LAN/WAN, firewall e sistemi di backup.
  • Familiarità con strumenti di
    monitoraggio, automazione e gestione delle patch di sicurezza.
  • Conoscenze in
    cyber security
    , gestione delle vulnerabilità e best practice di protezione dei dati.

  • RAL e inquadramento saranno definiti in base all'esperienza
  • Luogo di lavoro: in sede, a Trezzano sul Naviglio (MI)
