In Liane Care lavoriamo prevalentemente con le aziende: supportiamo i loro dipendenti/utenti nell'accesso a servizi di cura (caregiver/assistenti) e benessere psicologico, garantendo qualità, sicurezza e un'esperienza guidata di matching. Stiamo riorganizzando il team Operations per crescere e rendere le procedure sempre più efficienti e scalabili.
Il ruolo
Cerchiamo un/una "Operations Manager" con esperienza in contesti marketplace / matching / selezione, capace di coordinare il team operativo e migliorare performance, processi e standard qualitativi. Il tuo obiettivo sarà rendere l'operazione più veloce, misurabile e scalabile, mantenendo alta la qualità per utenti finali e aziende clienti.
Responsabilità principali
- Validazione e onboarding caregiver: screening, standard qualità, compliance, gestione flussi e miglioramento continuo.
- Ricerca e matching assistenti: gestione richieste, shortlist e assegnazioni, ottimizzando tempi e qualità del match.
- Supporto utenti: organizzazione del flusso di assistenza, priorità, SLA, escalation e aggiornamento knowledge base.
- Selezione psicologi: definizione criteri, valutazione, mantenimento degli standard qualitativi.
- Efficientamento procedure operative: mappare processi, creare SOP, eliminare colli di bottiglia, introdurre automazioni.
- Gestione e crescita del team Operations: pianificazione, coaching, obiettivi e performance.
- Collaborazione con area B2B/Client Success: allineamento su esigenze delle aziende, qualità del servizio e gestione di eventuali escalation.
KPI & impatto (cosa ti misurerà)
- Tempi di risposta e rispetto SLA (supporto e operazioni)
- Tempi e qualità di onboarding/validazione
- Qualità del matching (es. ri-matching, conversione, soddisfazione)
- CSAT/NPS, backlog e continuità del servizio (anche su account aziendali)
- Adozione e miglior utilizzo di HubSpot (pipeline, ticketing, report, automazioni)
Chi cerchiamo
- 3–5 anni in Operations in contesti ad alta intensità operativa: marketplace, matching, selezione, servizi
- Esperienza nel coordinare un team (anche piccolo) e gestire priorità in un contesto dinamico
- Approccio data-informed: dimestichezza con KPI, funnel e metriche operative
- Mentalità di problem solving e miglioramento continuo (process-driven, orientata all'esecuzione)
- Comunicazione chiara, empatia e capacità di gestire casi complessi
Nice to have
- Esperienza in contesti B2B2C (servizi erogati a utenti finali tramite aziende)
- Esperienza in caregiving / servizi alla persona / health
- HubSpot avanzato (workflow, automazioni, reporting) e quality assurance
