Private Equity Valuation Specialist
da inserire all'interno del team di Valuation & Modeling.
La figura selezionata, sulla base della propria esperienza e delle competenze, si occuperà di:
- Valutazione di società non quotate partecipate da Fondi di Private Equity attraverso l'applicazione di metodologie analitiche e comparative.
- Valutazioni ed analisi di
business
di società non quotate attraverso modelli proprietari. - Progetti di ricerca in ambito Private Equity.
- Supporto nella gestione del rapporto con il cliente nello svolgimento dei servizi erogati (tra cui la partecipazione ad eventuali
meeting
e/o comitati del cliente). - Controllo e validazione delle valorizzazioni effettuate dalle risorse
junior
con riferimento sia ai risultati del modello che ai
report
di sintesi.
Requisiti:
- Laurea Magistrale in Economia, Finanza o discipline quantitative.
- 1-3 anni di esperienza in società di servizi professionali, Big 4, M&A Boutique / Studi di Commercialisti, Fondi di Private Equity.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (orale e scritta).
- Conoscenza approfondita delle principali metodologie di valutazione di partecipazioni non quotate.
- Abilità nella modellazione finanziaria e nelle attività di
review
di modelli economico-finanziari complessi e con un significativo livello di autonomia. - Ottime doti relazionali e capacità di gestire più progettualità simultaneamente.
