Mission
  • Support our operational goals by ensuring all locker systems function flawlessly to enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Enable a seamless service experience for our clients by being proactive and responsive to their needs.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in servicing electronic locker systems or similar secure storage solutions.
  • Middle-level expertise in electrical repairs and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and own a personal car for transportation to various client sites.
  • Possession of necessary tools (excluding Macbooks) and a laptop to perform service tasks effectively.
  • Strong independent work ethic with the ability to quickly diagnose and solve technical problems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hands-on servicing of electronic locker systems, ensuring peak operational efficiency.
  • Replace cables, utilize a multimeter for diagnostics, and adjust locker cells as necessary.
  • Provide on-site support, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Document service activities and report on locker performance to management.
