Job Description

We are looking for a
B2B Marketing Specialist
to support the local marketing team in planning and executing B2B marketing and communication activities for the
Omada
and
VIGI by TP-Link
brands. The ideal candidate will contribute to increasing brand awareness, demand generation, and channel engagement, working closely with internal teams, partners, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Marketing team in the execution of the B2B marketing strategy for Omada and VIGI brands

·
Plan and coordinate marketing and communication activities across multiple channels (online and offline)

·
Develop and localize marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, case studies, newsletters, and sales tools

·
Support digital marketing initiatives, including website content, email marketing, social media, and campaigns targeting B2B audiences

·
Support in the organization of events, trade shows, webinars, and partner marketing initiatives

·
Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and channel marketing activities

·
Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners

·
Monitor campaign performance and support reporting and analysis of marketing activities

·
Ensure brand consistency and alignment with global brand guidelines

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field

· –5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT, networking, or technology sector

· Strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and channel marketing

· Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (email marketing, CMS, social media, marketing automation)

· Excellent communication and copywriting skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset

  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
