Per il Gruppo seleziona, un
Organization, Development & Training Manager
che, a diretto riporto del Group HR Director, contribuirà a definire e implementare la strategia di sviluppo organizzativo e people development, contribuendo in modo diretto all'evoluzione del business.

Le principali responsabilità saranno le seguenti:

·       Definire e presidiare il modello organizzativo aziendale

·       Guidare progetti di change management e trasformazione organizzativa

·       Gestire sistemi di valutazione delle competenze, job architecture e percorsi di carriera

·       Definire e attuare le strategie formative (manageriali, leadership, specialistiche)

·       Gestire budget, KPI e partnership con consulenti ed enti di formazione

Requisiti richiesti:

·       Laurea magistrale; Master in ambito HR/Organizzazione gradito

·       Esperienza di 8–10 anni in ruoli di responsabilità in grandi aziende o gruppi complessi

·       Solida conoscenza di organizzazione aziendale, HR development e talent management

·       Leadership, visione strategica e team working

Sede di lavoro:
Genova. Richiesta disponibilità a trasferte.

Contratto:

indeterminato e full-time
