About The Role
The Early Years Substitute Teacher ensures continuity in student learning by supervising, evaluating, and reporting on student progress. They plan engaging activities aligned with the curriculum, prepare the classroom environment, and set clear learning objectives. The role involves managing student behaviour, adapting teaching for individual needs, and maintaining communication with families and staff. Participation in school activities and collaboration on classroom routines is essential.

Who We Are Looking For
We seek a qualified Early Years educator with strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate is empathetic, flexible, and capable of motivating young learners. Experience in early education is preferred, with a commitment to high standards in teaching and student development.
