IL TUO RUOLO
Per un'opportunità, in presenza, nella nostra sede di Milano, stiamo cercando 1 Recruiter, in internship, per il nostro dipartimento Risorse Umane.
Di cosa ti occuperai?
- Identificazione dei potenziali candidati a seconda delle esigenze aziendali;
- Pubblicazione di annunci di lavoro;
- Gestione e monitoraggio dei canali di reclutamento (ricerca diretta e indiretta);
- Screening dei curricula e successiva convocazione dei candidati;
- Possibilità di partecipare ai colloqui di selezione;
- Preparazione e presentazione della short list di candidati al proprio Department Manager e al proprio tutor;
Cosa cerchiamo?
- Figure laureande e/o neolaureate preferenzialmente in ambito umanistico desiderose di imparare e crescere nell'ambito della ricerca e selezione;
- Spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative;
- Attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi e in team.
Un genuino interesse per il mondo dell'ingegneria, del mondo industriale e dell'IT può fare la differenza all'interno del tuo percorso professionale in azienda.
