HR Management Internship

During this 6-months internship, you will support the HR team based in Milan in all the activities related to the function. In particular, you will be involved in the following activities:
Job responsibilities- Support the recruitment activities: job descriptions draft and publication, CV screening, telephone interviews, candidate convocation, and follow-up through a dedicated platform;
- Keep track of candidates' application status
- Participation in kick-off and follow-up meetings with HR Managers;
- Support in the activities of analysis and internal reporting (evaluation forms, recruiting reports, database management, monitoring the distribution of internships in the various locations and departments);
- Follow up on the internships onboarding process and keep track of tutor's feedback;
- Coordinate the HRIS processes (hiring, suspension, termination, etc.);
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences or similar;
- IT abilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Good analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring skills;
- Problem-solving, precision, attention to detail, team-working attitude, and flexibility;
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written;
- Strong passion for the Luxury world.
