Join our Graduate Program
as an AI, Analytics & Automation Specialist
and play a key role in
process improvement, innovation, and AI-driven transformation

You will support operations teams in redesigning workflows and implementing cutting-edge solutions across multiple areas, including merchant services, customer operations, digital banking, fraud, and disputes.

This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure, while collaborating with transformation leaders and managers in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

What Can You Expect?

  • Career Path:
    Start with a permanent contract from day one. Over 12 months, experience two rotations across departments and transition into a landing role where you can continue to grow.

Who We are Looking For

If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply:

  • You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate by June 2026 with a master's degree in
    Engineering, STEM disciplines, Project Management, or a related analytical field,
    and are available to work full-time.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and a creative approach with the ability to rethink existing processes. You have solid foundations in process analysis methodologies and data science, complemented by strong project management skills.
  • You also have basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power BI) and Python, along with familiarity with AI concepts and automation tools.
  • You are fluent in Italian and English.
  • You bring international experience, whether through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment.
  • You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
  • You have the legal right to work in Italy (e.g., residency, visa).
