Startup innovativa in fase di crescita (Settore Software/AI) con sede a Firenze

La risorsa sarà responsabile dell'espansione commerciale e della gestione strategica dei clienti nel settore B2B. Il ruolo richiede un approccio di vendita consultiva ad alto contenuto tecnico per la proposizione di software gestionali e soluzioni di Intelligenza Artificiale.

Responsabilità Principali

  • Sviluppo Business: Identificazione di nuove opportunità di mercato, gestione del ciclo di vendita e negoziazione di contratti complessi.
  • Consulenza Tecnica: Analisi dei processi aziendali del cliente e presentazione di soluzioni IT/AI su misura, interfacciandosi con decisori tecnici (CTO/CIO) e direzionali.
  • Gestione Territorio: Pianificazione operativa e presidio del mercato attraverso incontri in loco e partecipazione a eventi di settore.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitoraggio delle evoluzioni tecnologiche e delle dinamiche web per mantenere la competitività dell'offerta.

Requisiti Mandatari

  • Esperienza: Pregressa e comprovata esperienza (minimo 4-5 anni) nella vendita di soluzioni software, SaaS o progetti IT complessi.
  • Competenze Tecniche: Solido background tecnologico. È richiesta una conoscenza approfondita delle dinamiche Internet, architetture software e applicazioni di Intelligenza Artificiale.
  • Lingue: Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1 o superiore), scritta e parlata.
  • Disponibilità: Totale disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale ed estero.

Cosa Offriamo

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €30.000,00 - €40.000,00 all'anno
