Business Development Manager
Il Business Development Manager, a diretto riporto del Responsabile di Stabilimento, avrà la responsabilità di
acquisire, sviluppare e gestire nuovi clienti
sul territorio principalmente toscano e lavorerà in sinergia con tutti gli altri reparti per garantire una strategia coerente con l'action plan commerciale.
Responsabilità chiave:
- Definizione degli obiettivi di vendita e marginalità per i clienti esistenti o potenziali.
- Monitoraggio degli obbiettivi di vendita in termini di risultati, attività, action plan al fine del raggiungimento dei target attesi.
- Gestione del budget del dipartimento commerciale al fine di organizzare le differenti attività della funzione stessa e garantire i risultati previsti dal piano finanziario.
- Partecipazione attiva nella prospezione di nuovi clienti strategici; stabilire e mantenere frequenti ed approfonditi contatti con gli stessi al fine di sviluppare nuovi mercati.
Requisiti
:
- È richiesta un'esperienza di almeno 4 anni in un ruolo di sviluppo commerciale e gestione clienti.
- La provenienza da industrie grafiche e della carta è considerata un forte valore aggiunto.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazionali.
- Forte senso di responsabilità, organizzazione del lavoro e gestione del tempo e delle priorità.
- Forte capacità di problem solving, tensione all'obbiettivo e negoziazione.
Sede di lavoro: Firenze est
Retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza.
