Business Development Manager, up to €60, % bonus

Location: Italy/Western Europe

We are seeking a self-motivated, commercially minded and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across Italy, Spain and Western Europe.
This is a pivotal, high-impact role focused on expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships and delivering sustainable revenue growth. You will manage the full sales cycle, build long-term relationships and act as a trusted expert in printing solutions. The ideal candidate has experience selling within the electronics / technology solutions across large territories in a matrix, corporate environment.

As Business Development Manager you will:
Represent the brand in a professional, proactive and ethical manner, aligned with core values
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including RFP responses and contract negotiations
Deliver revenue and growth targets aligned with annual business objectives
Develop and execute your own territory strategy and business plan
Identify, onboard and manage new distributors, VARs, resellers and key customers
Drive strategic sales opportunities and expand market share within the territory
Monitor and analyse sales performance, taking corrective action where required
Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to refine sales approach
Promote products and solutions through presentations, demonstrations and customer engagements

Experience required as a Business Development Manager:

Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within the printing industry
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate effectively beyond price
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently while consistently achieving targets
Experience working with integrators, resellers or channel partners
Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel extensively across the territory, including overnight and international travel
