Per società di consulenza innovativa con sede a Padova, stiamo cercando un TECHNICAL CONSULTANT LEAD.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborare all'erogazione delle attività tecniche del Competence Center ITAM;
  • Supportare e guidare il team nella risoluzione di problemi complessi;
  • Supportare il Service Manager nella preparazione della reportistica per i Clienti;
  • Definire architettura e standard per estrazione e gestione dati ITAM;
  • Relazionarsi con i team di supporto dei Vendor di cui l'azienda è partner;
  • Assistere i clienti nella gestione delle problematiche più comuni legate ai prodotti software venduti;
  • Partecipare allo sviluppo di progetti ITSM installando e configurando le soluzioni web esistenti al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi progettuali concordati con i clienti;
  • Sviluppare e supervisionare script PowerShell per automazioni;
  • Assicurare la conformità dei dati per audit e licenze software.

Your Profile

  • Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2/3 anni in ruoli similari;
  • Possesso di laurea in abito informatico;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Buona conoscenza dell'ambiente Microsoft Windows (Server e Client), Active Directory;
  • Conoscenza di base di networking, architetture e sistemi di reti;
  • Conoscenza di SQL Server (query e principali funzionalità) e PowerShell;
  • Buone capacità organizzative e di problem solving.

  • Comunicazione chiara e orientamento alla collaborazione.
