IT Technical Consultant Lead

Responsabilità

  • Contribuire all'erogazione delle attività tecniche del Competence Center ITAM.
  • Guidare e supportare il team nella gestione di problematiche tecniche complesse.
  • Collaborare con il Service Manager nella preparazione della reportistica per i clienti.
  • Definire architetture e standard per l'estrazione e la gestione dei dati ITAM.
  • Interfacciarsi con i team di supporto dei vendor partner.
  • Assistere i clienti nella risoluzione delle problematiche più comuni relative ai software forniti.
  • Partecipare allo sviluppo di progetti ITSM, installando e configurando soluzioni web per raggiungere i risultati concordati.
  • Sviluppare e supervisionare script PowerShell per automazioni.
  • Garantire la conformità dei dati in ambito audit e licenze software.

Requisiti

  • 2–3 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili.
  • Laurea in ambito informatico.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Ottima conoscenza dell'ambiente Microsoft Windows (Server e Client) e Active Directory.
  • Conoscenze di networking, architetture e sistemi di rete.
  • Conoscenza di SQL Server (query, funzionalità principali) e PowerShell.
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e di problem solving.

Seeking an
IT Technical Consultant Lead
for an innovative consultancy focused on turning technology into value and helping organisations become more agile, efficient, and productive through advanced digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the technical delivery of the ITAM Competence Center.
  • Support and lead the team in solving complex technical issues.
  • Assist the Service Manager in preparing client reporting.
  • Define architecture and standards for ITAM data extraction and management.
  • Liaise with vendor support teams and act as a technical point of contact.
  • Support clients in handling common issues related to delivered software products.
  • Contribute to ITSM project development by installing and configuring web-based solutions to meet agreed project goals.
  • Develop and supervise PowerShell scripts for automation.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance for audits and software licensing.

Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments (Server and Client) and Active Directory.
  • Basic networking and systems architecture skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server (queries, main functionalities) and PowerShell.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
