This role in summary

Based on the guidelines defined at functional level, the candidate will support the Product Management team specific to product category in its go-to-market, product strategy, analysis and content for everyday tasks.

Your responsibilities will include

Together with his/her tutor (the PM), Trainee will oversee:

  • Market competitive and qualitative analyses with frequent monthly benchmarks and GFK studies.
  • Research from the marketplace to define market needs and plan product development (short- and long-term basis).
  • Providing product requirement input to HQ product management.
  • Product definition in alignment with HQ, trade Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Analysis of market prices and selling price calculation.
  • Supporting sales forecasts to guarantee product availability & new launches rump-up.
  • Ensuring that the product meets all requirements (product pictures, product specifications, user manuals, safety standards/certifications, information on the product).
  • Preparation of Value Proposition and localization of communication materials for product launches.
  • Developing product information tools for sales and training.

Minimum requirements

  • Currently studying a Master's degree in Economics, Marketing or similar fields.
  • Strong analytical, research, and spreadsheet modeling skills.
  • Fluent knowledge in Italian and English.
  • Expertise in various analytical, data visualization and presentation platforms.
  • Self-starter and high analytical.
  • Flexible and proactive team player.
  • Good command of MS Office Suite.
