This role in summary
You will support the Regional Commercial Product Management team for Laundry in Beko Europe, contributing to market benchmarking, planning activities, and the execution of key product initiatives across Europe.
Your responsibilities will include
•
Market Analysis and Benchmarking
- Interpret market data to benchmark our products against competitors and highlight actionable insights for the Regional PM team.
•
Sell-In Performance Analysis & Forecasting
- Support the preparation of performance reports, analyze sell-in trends, consolidate data inputs, and contribute to basic forecasting activities.
•
Planning Support
- Assist in building key presentations for Leadership, including product roadmaps, strategic project updates, and business performance reviews.
•
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate the key meetings with Local Product Managers, ensuring agendas, minutes, and follow-ups are fully aligned and timely.
•
KPI Tracking and Communication
- Maintain and update KPI dashboards and support communication between Regional and Local teams to ensure timely visibility of key indicators.
•
Range Management & Go-to-Market Execution Support
- Provide operational support to Regional PMs during product introductions, SKU reviews, and go-to-market activities.
Minimum requirements
• Currently studying a Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or similar field
• Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English
Preferred skills and experiences
• Analytical mindset and curiosity for data interpretation
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Interest in product management in a consumer goods industry
• Ability to work in an agile, cross-functional environment
• Clear and proactive communication
