Purpose of the position:
As
Proposal Engineer Intern
you will respond to the head of
Sustainable Infrastructures Tendering Department
and be part of the
Sustainable Infrastructures Business Line
.

As part of the
Tendering Department
you will assist and support the Team for preparation and review of the documentation to be submitted with the Bid/Prequalification, in accordance with the instruction to Bidders requirements, within time and cost constraints in observance of Quality procedures and practices.

How can you support us?

• Analyze the Tender Documentation provided by Client
• Upload the relevant documents in the Share point created for each Bid
• Assist the Proposal Manager in developing the Proposal Plan
• Support the Proposal Team in preparing the required documents for the Bid/Prequalification
• Assist the Proposal Manager for the definition of project organization and project execution plan
• Support the Team activities related to the post-Bid clarification phase with the Client

What are we looking for?
Education:
Master's Degree/bachelor's degree in: Civil Engineering or other scientific education backgrounds (e.g. Economics, other Engineering, etc.)

Languages:
English fluent (B2); strong written and oral communication capabilities.

Technical Knowledge:
advanced use of Office suite: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
