Your day-to-day

  • Lead product customization designs for OEM Elite / Premier customers
  • Lead product customization designs for GVM ranges following IATF design & change rules
  • Sustain existing Cinisello Brushless range with customization designs
  • Sustain Simple By Design activities on Cinisello motor ranges
  • Support deep design activities on industrial motors strong complexity reduction aligned to Division strategy
  • Support test analysis for Cinisello motors
  • Support Operations and Quality team in continuous improving projects such as reducing scraps and increasing productivity by developing motor design modifications
  • Work with motors engineering team of Longvic & Cinisello to align motor design as global approach
  • Work with the North American HPS Division to align GVM motor customization process as global approach and to merge customization solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining test setups, test connections and fixtures required for test work, consulting of 3D CAD system in case of need and performance of validation tests
  • In consultation with the Engineering department and Engineering Supervisor discussing test specifications according to the customer specification

Who We Are Looking For

  • Mechanical Engineer degree is required with a minimum English B2 Level
  • Technical and Professional knowledge of Mechanical design, Mechanical FEA, IATF
  • Technical knowledge about,materials, operations, after-treatments, assembly, applications
  • CAD Design (Inventor & Vault)
  • Bill Of Material creation through an ERP software
  • MS Office
  • Test analysis
