The IT Infrastructure and Security Engineer will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, network and cybersecurity systems across the group, with the support of external service providers. This role is ideal for a technically skilled and security-aware individual eager to grow within a global manufacturing environment. The workplace is located at Crealis' headquarters in Bodio Lomnago (VA).

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Basic configuration and management of firewall, switches, routers, SD wan and network segmentation.
  • Familiarity with networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) and endpoint management.
  • Use of network monitoring and optimization tools.
  • Experience with Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Experience with virtualization Technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Experience with cloud services using Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience using ITIL principles for IT service management, including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
  • Ability to efficiently troubleshoot complex technical problems.
  • Experience in the administration and management of Microsoft 365 tenants, including user provisioning, license management, and service configuration.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Analytical problem solving
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is preferred
  • Focused on achieving results and meeting objectives
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy or abroad

EDUCATION

Degree in computer science or engineering

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCES

1–3 years in IT support or infrastructure/security-related roles
