The Person

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will act as a key liaison between business needs and technological solutions, with a strong focus on process analysis and the definition of functional specifications to support the implementation of the ERP system. The ideal candidate has solid experience in mapping and optimizing business processes, as well as translating operational requirements into clear, structured specifications for technical and project teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders across various departments (Production, Logistics, Finance, Sales, etc.) to analyze and document as-is business processes.
  • Map processes using standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN) and identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Define to-be processes, aligning them with industry best practices and the capabilities of the ERP system.

Functional Specifications and Documentation

  • Draft Detailed Functional Specifications (DFS) and business requirements, acting as a bridge between business functions and technical teams.
  • Develop Use Cases, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify and document requirements for integrations, data migrations, reporting, and related components.

Implementation Support and Testing

  • Collaborate with development/implementation teams and external consultants to ensure the solution aligns with defined requirements.
  • Contribute to test strategy definition and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Provide assistance during go-live and the post-implementation stabilization period.

Key features

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role, preferably within ERP implementation projects
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
