Curious to take your marketing experience to the next level?

Are you passionate about marketing and looking to deepen your expertise while working in a dynamic international environment?

Our Commercial Young Professional Program offers hands-on experience across marketing and sales functions, giving you a comprehensive view of both areas and their strategic interfaces. The program starts in Q1 2026 and offers a 1-year temporary contract with the aim to transform into a permanent contract in 2027.

This is you

  • With a
    completed degree in Business Administration
    focusing on marketing, sales or communications or similar academic background
  • You have already successfully completed
    an internship or a temporary position in the field of Marketing, with a specific focus on product marketing
  • If you are applying from outside Europe, you will need a
    valid visa
    for the entire period and you must be comfortable to start in Milan at your own expenses
  • A passion for working in an
    intercultural context
    is something that describes you
  • You are
    highly adaptable
    ,
    fast at picking up new tasks
    , and driven to complete them effectively
  • With
    flexibility and willingness for assignments abroad
    or business trips
  • Last but not least, you speak English very well (C1+)? Great Additional European languages are a plus

This is our program and what you will do

  • As part of a one-year individual career journey, you will be focusing on the Bathroom & Wellness division in marketing activation in Italy. Following this experience, there is a strong opportunity for you to continue with us and further develop your career through an additional assignment at our global headquarters in Mettlach, Germany
  • You'll take on
    challenging tasks
    in day-to-day operations as well as
    cross-functional projects
    and build a
    broad network
    within the company
  • In addition to developing and learning by doing on the job, you'll also strengthen your
    professional knowledge
    and
    soft skills
    through our accompanying young professional program
