Client Program/Account and Hospitality Manager Onsite at Global Events

Jet Set Sports are looking for an exceptional Client Account Program & Hospitality Lounge Manager in Milano, Italy, during February 2026 for the Milano/Cortina event - to lead the onsite delivery of premium client hospitality programs while managing the daily operations of our high-end hospitality lounges. This role is ideal for an event or hospitality professional who can balance strategic client leadership with hands-on operational management across hotels, lounges, dining experiences, and VIP guest services.

You will serve as the primary onsite contact for the client, ensuring every program element—from hotel coordination and transport logistics to hospitality venue operations and food & beverage service—is delivered seamlessly and to the highest standard.

What You'll Do: Client Program Leadership

• Act as the main point of contact for the client throughout the event, maintaining clear communication and strong rapport.
• Lead the execution of the client's full hospitality program, ensuring all scheduled activities, guest services, and operational elements run on time and to specification.
• Provide daily program updates, manage changes, and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee VIP services, special requests, guest support, and high-touch service delivery.
• Work closely with the onsite hotel manager to coordinate arrivals, departures, room blocks, and guest needs.
• Manage a local host and driver team that will be escorting the client and guests on their daily program experience.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and all operational departments (transport, F&B, accommodations, ticketing, staffing, finance, experiences).

Hospitality Lounge Management

• Oversee all daily operations of the hospitality lounge(s), including guest check-in, service flow, and overall guest experience.
• Manage guest access control, people flow, venue readiness, and presentation standards.
• Work with chefs, caterers, and FOH/BOH staff to ensure premium food & beverage service.
• Run daily staff briefings, manage schedules, and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain smooth integration between the lounge environment, guest itineraries, and the client program timeline.
• Coordinate technical teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure lounge elements (AV, décor, experiential zones) operate without disruption.

Operational Delivery & Reporting

• Monitor daily logistics across hotel, lounge, transportation, and event venues to ensure continuity and guest satisfaction.
• Complete daily reporting including guest attendance, inventory tracking, meal counts, and reconciliation.
• Identify and escalate risks, operational issues, or guest concerns as needed.
• Support post-event debriefs, final reporting, and close-out of hospitality lounges and program materials.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in hospitality, client services, hotel management, or event operations.
• Proven experience managing high-end client programs or VIP hospitality.
• Strong venue or lounge management background (hospitality suites, premium restaurants, hotels, or sports events).
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship management skills.
• Leadership ability with experience managing teams in high-pressure environments.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Experience collaborating with chefs, caterers, hotels, and multiple vendors.
• Fluent English; Italian strongly preferred.
• Italy based, and would consider European location to be onsite in Milano
• Experience in major sports events is an advantage.
