Per conto di azienda attiva nel settore import/export si ricerca una figura da inserire al front desk, con funzioni di accoglienza e supporto operativo alle attività di segreteria.

La risorsa sarà inserita all'ingresso della sede e si occuperà della gestione dei flussi di accesso, della documentazione iniziale e del coordinamento delle attività di front office e back office amministrativo di base.

Mansioni principali

accoglienza di clienti e visitatori;
verifica della corretta compilazione dei moduli;
gestione degli appuntamenti in agenda;
attività di segreteria generale (corrispondenza, archiviazione, telefonate).

Requisiti richiesti

diploma di scuola superiore;
buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
competenze informatiche di base;
buone capacità organizzative e comunicative;
precisione e predisposizione al lavoro in team.
