Per interessante azienda cliente che opera nel settore industrial, e con sede nel Lazio, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di un Plant Manager.

Responsibilities
In qualità di Plant Manager, avrai la responsabilità strategica di gestire e ottimizzare le attività produttive di uno stabilimento industriale, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali in termini di qualità, efficienza e sicurezza. Supervisionerai e coordinerai tutte le operazioni dello stabilimento, collaborando con i diversi reparti per assicurare il rispetto delle tempistiche e dei budget prefissati. Sarà fondamentale la tua capacità di identificare e implementare soluzioni innovative per migliorare i processi produttivi e ridurre gli sprechi.

  • Pianificazione, organizzazione e supervisione delle attività produttive
  • Monitoraggio delle performance dello stabilimento attraverso l'analisi di KPI
  • Gestione e sviluppo del team, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e motivante
  • Garantire il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e qualità
  • Interfacciarsi con la direzione aziendale per condividere report e proporre strategie di miglioramento

Your Profile
Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria
  • Solido background tecnico e profonda conoscenza del settore industriale
  • Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di stabilimenti produttivi
  • Spiccata capacità di leadership, problem solving e gestione delle priorità
  • Ottime doti comunicative
  • Visione strategica
  • Forte attitudine al lavoro di squadra
