Role:
The resource will be inserted in the E-Commerce Division, supporting the Ecommerce Manager and the Brown Goods Online Leader in managing online sales activities and monitoring platform performance with Online customers as Amazon, Mediaworld, Unieuro, Euronics.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily reconciliation and tracking of chargebacks and debit notes to ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist the sales team in preparing financial documents and resolving transaction disputes promptly.
- Monitor account transaction health to proactively identify and address issues.
- Manage product content: handle image editing, content uploads, and regular PDP (Product Detail Page) checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Monitor daily pricing for Hisense and competitor products.
- Maintain and update operational databases, ensuring data accuracy for reporting and business analysis.
- Analyze market data, online trends, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Internship reimbursement:
- Curricular internship: €850 net monthly + meal vouchers of €7.50
