Join Our Dynamic Team as an Intern

Are you ready to make an impact?

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Consumer Goods & Retail Area.This is a 6‑month internship where you will support both Italian and international clients—mainly in the Fashion, Luxury and Retail industries—in designing and implementing their internal business processes.

Location: Missori, Milan

What will you do?

You will take part in
Connect Planning projects
, contributing to the planning and optimization of the global distribution of products across stores worldwide.

In this role:

• You will learn to understand real business requirements and identify the most effective solutions to meet clients' goals.
• You will develop a solid advisory consulting mindset as well as strong quantitative and decision‑making skills.
• You will join project meetings with clients and actively support discussions.
• You will contribute to quantitative analyses and data‑driven evaluations.
• You will participate in business process reengineering activities, including functional analysis of retail processes.
• You will support the creation of key project deliverables, such as target operating models, functional requirements, and evolutionary roadmaps.
• You will be guided and mentored by senior professionals who will support your growth and learning.

Who are we looking for?

• You have completed (or are about to complete) a Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• You have a quantitative mindset and solid analytical capabilities.
• You have good communication and teamwork skills.
• You are able to communicate effectively in both
  Italian
  and
  English
  (other European languages are a plus).
• You are interested in building a career within an international consulting firm, with strong motivation toward the Consumer Goods & Retail industry and a keen interest in Supply Chain Management and related digital solutions.

It's a plus if you also have:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• A strong interest in Digital Transformation
• Genuine enthusiasm for the Fashion, Luxury and Retail sectors
