The candidate will be allocated in the
Engineering Department
and will be responsible for the
design, development, testing and documentation of electrical power generation and distribution systems for aerospace applications
and specifically:

  • Technical interface with the Customer for weekly technical meeting and to resolve technical issues;
  • Coordination of each work package for the design of electrical generators, distribution boxes and power converters, interacting with the design team (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical and Software)
  • Realize, check and deliver all the documents of the Customer Statement of Work.
  • Revise and comment documents provided by ASE supplier
  • Select and manage ASE Design Suppliers, together with the Program Manager
  • Follow the test campaign for the qualification of each P/N of the System
  • Speed up the resolution of technical issues, alone or with the help of ASE specialists.

Knowledges:

  • Good knowledge on aircraft systems
  • Safety and Reliability concept and calculation
  • Development process for aircraft components
  • Use of MSOffice package
  • Teamworking and coordination
  • Objective oriented

Other:

Design of Electrical/Electronic components

Experience:

At least 4 years of experience in the development of complex systems, preferable in the aerospace industry.

Language:

Fluent English, both spoken and written
