Azienda operante nel settore benessere e comfort domestico ricerca un/una Market Developer / Coordinatore d'Area.

La figura selezionata si occuperà dello sviluppo commerciale dell'area di competenza, coordinando la rete vendita e garantendo la corretta implementazione delle politiche aziendali. Avrà un ruolo strategico nell'ampliamento del portafoglio clienti, nella gestione dei rapporti con rivenditori e consulenti e nell'organizzazione delle attività promozionali sul territorio.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Esperienza nel ruolo di area manager, coordinatore o market developer;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e di leadership;
  • Conoscenza del settore benessere, comfort o prodotti per la casa;
  • Abilità nella pianificazione commerciale e nell'analisi dei risultati;
  • Disponibilità a muoversi su base regionale/nazionale.

Offerta:

  • Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi con prospettiva di lungo periodo;
  • Orario full time, 40 ore settimanali;
  • Piano incentivi legato alle performance e alla crescita dell'area;
  • Formazione commerciale e manageriale a carico dell'azienda.
