Roma
che riporterà direttamente al Finance Manager Italia.

Nello specifico, la risorsa si occuperà delle
attività di bilancio della società
, seguendo le attività di
contabilità
e
fiscalità.
Principali Attività e Responsabilità

  • Garantire la corretta contabilizzazione delle operazioni societarie, comunicando in modo tempestivo debiti e crediti, spese e ricavi
  • Redigere il bilancio d'esercizio in conformità alle normative locali e agli IFRS
  • Preparare bilanci intermedi in conformità con le normative locali e gli IFRS
  • Garantire la corretta e tempestiva dichiarazione IVA, Inarcassa, ritenute d'acconto, Intrastat
  • Garantire la corretta e tempestiva presentazione delle dichiarazioni dei redditi (770; CU; Unico...)
  • Garantire la corretta registrazione delle imposte sul reddito
  • Garantire il pagamento delle imposte entro i termini di legge
  • Gestione degli accertamenti fiscali e rapporti con l'Agenzia delle Entrate, Inarcassa e Finanza
  • Monitoraggio delle normative fiscali e del lavoro in stretta collaborazione con la funzione HR e valutazione delle implicazioni sui costi del personale.
  • Fornire documentazione e supporto alla società di revisione nell'adempimento del suo mandato;
  • Fornire documentazione e supporto a consulenti esterni nella redazione della documentazione di supporto per il Transfer Pricing
  • Fornire documentazione e support al Board of Statutory Auditors nell'adempimento del loro mandato
  • Fornire documentazione e supporto a Supervisory Board nell'adempimento del loro mandato
  • Garantire la conformità alle procedure interne del gruppo e locali e alle regole di controllo interno.
  • Supportare il Finance Manager nella gestione delle richieste provenienti dalla Capogruppo
  • Supporto alla casa madre nei processi di controllo e aggiornamento delle informazioni, incluso l'aggiornamento dei dati in Tagetik
  • Garantire la corretta registrazione e contrattualizzazione dei rapporti interaziendali

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Economia o Diploma quinquennale se corredato da significativa esperienza nel ruolo;
  • Pregressa esperienza di almeno 3 anni maturata presso società o studi professionali;
  • Buona conoscenza di Excel;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese;
  • Precisione, capacità organizzative (gestione priorità, pianificazione), rispetto delle scadenze;
  • Predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali.
