SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE

La risorsa agisce a supporto degli operatori per quanto riguarda le produzioni dei reparti programmate garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche e dei livelli di qualità ed affidabilità stabiliti.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA'

Produzione

  • Coordina la squadra attraverso l'assegnazione delle attività e delle postazioni di lavoro degli operatori dei reparti
  • Esegue la valutazione dello Stato di Produzione tramite la consegna di reparto
  • Supervisiona e dà supporto agli operatori nello svolgimento delle attività ordinarie di produzione
  • Collabora con gli operatori di manutenzione interni ed esterni all'individuazione delle esigenze manutentive, preventive e migliorative, del proprio reparto, segnalando loro casi di anomalie e richiedendo nel caso interventi di emergenza
  • Assicura il mantenimento della capacità produttiva e il rispetto degli standard di qualità previsti
  • Supervisiona e pianifica le attività di pesatura, fabbricazione e produzione garantendo l'esecuzione dei dettagli contenuti nella scheda prodotto
  • Prepara le schede di produzione sulla base degli ordini e del design del prodotto ricevuto dai laboratori esteri

Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente

  • All'interno del proprio reparto è responsabile dell'implementazione e all'applicazione delle procedure di Salute, Ambiente e Sicurezza, in accordo con le norme del sistema di Sicurezza e le normative vigenti
  • Coordina le attività di pulizia degli impianti e dell'area dello stabilimento posta sotto la sua responsabilità

Gestione del personale

  • Predispone il piano del personale e organizza il lavoro all'interno del proprio reparto, preparando le turnazioni di produzione e distribuendo il lavoro sulla base del piano di produzione
  • Coordina gli addetti della sua area; effettua la valutazione delle competenze espresse dai collaboratori, curandone lo sviluppo
  • Presiede alla formazione e all'addestramento degli operatori in termini di procedure operative, procedure di qualità, sicurezza e salute, GMP

REQUISITI

  • Laurea in Ingegneria e/o materie scientifiche e almeno 5 anni di esperienza come all'interno del ruolo, preferibilmente presso aziende di produzione di cosmetici
  • Ottima conoscenza delle norme di Gestione del Sistema Qualità, GMP, Ambiente, Sicurezza ed HALAL.
  • Completano il profilo ottime capacità organizzative, tensione al risultato, ottime doti di comunicazione e team working.
