La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del
POP-UP STORE
nell'Outlet di Serravalle e sarà il primo punto di contatto per il consumatore. Promuoverà l'immagine del Brand e fornirà il più alto standard di servizio al cliente.

Sarà l'Ambassador e punto di riferimento del brand, supporterà il brand tramite il raggiungimento dei target commerciali, promuovendo al contempo lo stile e l'immagine, rappresenterà i valori del brand, garantendo l'eccellenza della customer experience.

In particolare si occuperà di:


• Vendere i prodotti del brand e fornire un alto standard di servizio al cliente


• Fornire ai clienti consulenze personalizzate su make-up e skin-care


• Sviluppare relazioni personali e durature con il cliente e il retailer


• Raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita definiti mensilmente


• Educare i clienti ai prodotti del brand.

Requisiti richiesti:


• Esperienza pregressa sugli assi Make-up e Skin-care


• Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali


• Comprovata attitudine nell'applicazione del trattamento, specialmente sul viso e applicazione make-up


• Eccellenti capacità di vendita, proattività e dinamicità


• Orientamento al cliente


• Orientamento ai risultati, KPI di vendita


•
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Buono standing, solarità, attitudine ad un contesto dinamico, conoscenza e passione per il settore beauty/fragranze completano il profilo.
