Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic* and innovative* Marketing and Communications Intern to join our team at W Florence. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands on experience in a dynamic, international luxury lifestyle hospitality environment, supporting daily marketing and communication activities in line with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and communication plans consistent with the brand's identity and vision;
  • Assist in monitoring social media performance;
  • Collaborate in the creation of creative content;
  • Support the updating of marketing materials, presentations, and brand documents;
  • Assist internal communication initiatives and the activation of brand campaigns;
  • Support digital marketing activities;
  • Assist in coordinating collaborations and partnerships;

What We're Looking For

  • Creative vision and the ability to propose innovative solutions;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Creative and able to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Computer literacy, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; 
  • Previous experience, even short, in Marketing;
  • Fluent in both Italian and English; 
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools & Platforms;
  • Understanding of Hospitality / Luxury Lifestyle Environments;
  • Basic Knowledge of F&B Trends & Concepts;
