Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic* and innovative* Marketing and Communications Intern to join our team at W Florence. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands on experience in a dynamic, international luxury lifestyle hospitality environment, supporting daily marketing and communication activities in line with our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and communication plans consistent with the brand's identity and vision;
- Assist in monitoring social media performance;
- Collaborate in the creation of creative content;
- Support the updating of marketing materials, presentations, and brand documents;
- Assist internal communication initiatives and the activation of brand campaigns;
- Support digital marketing activities;
- Assist in coordinating collaborations and partnerships;
What We're Looking For
- Creative vision and the ability to propose innovative solutions;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Creative and able to work effectively in a team environment;
- Computer literacy, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite;
- Previous experience, even short, in Marketing;
- Fluent in both Italian and English;
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools & Platforms;
- Understanding of Hospitality / Luxury Lifestyle Environments;
- Basic Knowledge of F&B Trends & Concepts;
