About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join the Team Throughout the internship in the S&M Department, you will have the opportunity to learn different aspects of this dynamic department. Our S&M Intern will provide administrative and sales support within the division preparing proposals and contracts, seamless data input, conducting site inspections, handling various sales communications and maintaining multiple databases. 

What you bring

Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences. 

Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and multitasking approach.  

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.

Schedule & Hours:

Full time (Monday-Friday). This position is available from February 2026 for six months. Successful candidates must hold legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
