ASEPTIC FILLING PRODUCT SUPPORT - AUTOMATION EXPERT

Aseptic Filling Product Support Automation Expert is part of Aseptic Filling Product Support Team. The job is taking place both in backoffice and on field. Main function in the office is to secure the operational follow up & technical support of all aseptic fillers (combi and stand-alone configuration), associated trade equipments (capper, inspection system, printer, nitrogen doser) and 3rd party line equipments (EOL, conveyor...) on automation side. The expert could also be scheduled to validate internally and externally the introduction of modifications and variants and of new products in the portfolio, concerning the aseptic filling product, in coordination with the other relevant teams. He is finally accountable to execute RCA concerning automation platform, following issue resolution process, supporting the consequent plan of recovery and corrective actions, interacting with the other departments.

YOUR MISSION
  • Secure troubleshooting on aseptic fillers and
    associated trade equipments, concerning automation platform
  • Support Global Product Training in the creation, update and
    revision of technical questionnaires related to FSE Qualification Program
  • Execute validation program for the introduction of
    modifications, variants, O&U, new products, concerning aseptic filler
  • Support the availability of field methods for installation,
    qualification, technical analysis, repairing and maintenance activities
  • Secure performances of commercially released aseptic filling
    equipments and lines
  • Secure the application of automation retrofits on the aseptic
    filling product installed base, where necessary
  • Be part of hotline team for weekend duties, in case of
    availability for the service
  • Execute RCA on aseptic filling equipments issues, supporting
    the consequent plan of recovery and corrective actions
  • Act as "Assessor" of the FSE/s subject to
    qualification program during the practical assessment module, mainly at the
    customer site, releasing the relevant evaluation report on time/in full
  • Participate to aseptic equipment FAT (workshop) &
    installation, start up, validation, commissioning and services (onsite)
  • Support FSEs during start up and commissioning of
    aseptic equipments
  • Manage the treatment and the resolution of
    aseptic filler automation NC through ticketing system
YOUR PROFILE
  • Experience of technical assistance, on field
    activity or engineering in packaging equipments
  • Knowledge of filling product and/or process
  • Knowledge
    of sensitive/aseptic technology is a plus
  • Electrical fundaments (safety equipments,
    sensors, motion, servo drivers, inverters…)
  • Knowledge of PLC platform (Siemens S7
    SCL-Graph-Awl, B&R, Rockwell Automation) 
  • Knowledge of HMI (ZenOn, Citec and/or InTouch) and Motion
    platforms (Danfoss and Elau)
