Openjobmetis Spa, ricerca per importante società di consulenza ingegneristica, un Industrial Engineering Specialist in Sistemi Avionici da inserire presso azienda del settore Difesa.

Ruolo e mansione

La risorsa supporterà la funzione di Industrial Engineering nello sviluppo e ottimizzazione di metodi, processi e attrezzature per la produzione di schede elettroniche e sistemi avionici. Il ruolo prevede attività in ingegneria concorrente, contributo al design-for-manufacturing e allineamento con i requisiti produttivi e le normative di sicurezza.

Requisiti e Competenze Richieste

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica o Meccatronica, oppure Laurea Triennale se suffragata da esperienza nel settore
  • Esperienza pluriennale nella mansione richiesta
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle metodologie e tecnologie di progettazione elettronica (analogica, digitale, mista, elettronica di potenza)
  • Esperienza in architetture HW/SW, sistemi di automazione, misura e controllo
  • Familiarità con progettazione e controllo di motori elettrici
  • Competenza nell'utilizzo di SAP ERP (cicli di lavoro e sequenza fasi)
  • Padronanza degli strumenti Lean (VSM, 5S, SMED, TPM, RCA) e tecniche di problem solving
  • Esperienza con strumenti di simulazione e ambienti digital twin
  • Ottima conoscenza della suite MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2)
  • Obbligatorio possesso di certificazione PES/PAV
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e di leadership
  • Problem solving, capacità analitiche
  • Capacità di lavoro in team e comunicazione
  • Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali.
