What you will do
As a Junior Legal at CESI S.p.A., your main responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating procurement, supply, service and technical consultancy contracts;
- Legal support in managing tenders and verifying administrative documentation;
- Updating and implementing company policies regarding personal data protection, AI and Cybersecurity;
- Preparation of reports or legal opinions to support business decisions.

What you bring
Among all your other talents, your key knowledge and experience is:
Experience & Knowledge
- Master's Degree in Law
- 5-6 years of experience gained in structured settings, company or law firm
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and administrative law and the Public Contracts Code
Skills and competences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork aptitude and problem-solving approach
